WE REACT TO EVERYTHING!

A Survival Guide for the Environmentally Sensitive and Chronically Inflamed

Do you feel like your body is constantly reacting to everything around you—mold, chemicals, electronics, even the air you breathe?
You’re not imagining it. And you’re not alone.

In WE React to Everything, Rev. Dr. Sharon Kiesel shares what it’s really like to live with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)—a complex, often misunderstood condition that turns everyday environments into threats. Drawing from her own lived experience, along with hard-earned wisdom from others in the MCAS community, Sharon offers practical tools for coping with this debilitating and demoralizing condition.
